I have been spending the past few days practicing the psychology behind mindfulness and self-compassion, both reading books on the subjects and signing myself up for a therapy program around it. this meditation has been a particularly relaxing one that utilizes the technique if anyone is looking for a way to unstress.I know times have been uncertain for many these days so thought I might provide a small moment of mental clarity where I can help provide it.
